GOD- We believe that there is One God who exists in 3 persons:
The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.
FATHER- We believe that the Father is all powerful, all knowing, all loving, and all wise. He is the Father to Jesus and to all His children.
THE SON- We believe Jesus is the One and Only Son of God who was born of the virgin Mary, was completely God and completely man, lived a perfect, sinless life, died in our place as a sacrifice for the sins of mankind, was buried, arose from the dead and ascended into Heaven. We also believe He will return to earth again one day.
THE HOLY SPIRIT- We believe that God the Holy Spirit is actually working on unbelievers to show them their need for salvation only comes through Jesus Christ. Once a person is saved, the Holy Spirit enters into their heart and is their Helper, Comforter, and Guide.
THE BIBLE- We believe that the Bible is the Word of God and is inerrant. It is the sole authority for life and faith. It was written by man but inspired by God.
SALVATION- We believe that salvation is a gift from God that is given to us through repentance of our sins and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father and to Heaven.
THE CHURCH- We believe that the church is the local body of baptized believers with the Lord Jesus Christ as the Head.
2 ORDINANCES WE PRACTICE AND BELIEVE
BAPTISM- We believe that water baptism is an act of obedience to the command of Christ and is by immersion after salvation.
LORD’S SUPPER- We believe the Lord’s Supper is a symbolic act of obedience where the church, through partaking of the bread and fruit of the vine, commemorate the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ and anticipate His second coming.
